The stc pay card is a personal prepaid Mastercard – available as both physical and digital – that you can easily apply for through the stc pay app.

You can use it to shop online, pay in stores, order food, pay bills, buy tickets or send digital gift cards. It’s accepted anywhere Mastercard is.

Submit a request through the app or customer support.

Share proof with support if your refund is delayed.

Refunds are processed within 14 working days.

Go to Cards > Card Settings > Freeze Card — you can unfreeze anytime.

Card delivery usually takes up to 3 working days through our delivery partner. You’ll be contacted to confirm your address.

You can replace your card by reporting it lost or stolen through the STC Pay app (“Cards” > “Card Settings” > “Report Lost/Stolen“), then reapply for a new physical card through the “Cards” section.

(Please note that there will be a fee for replacing the card)
