How do I change the receiver’s name after sending a transaction?
Please call our contact center at 77123123 to amend beneficiary details. I sent money but my receiver hasn't received it yet. What should I do?Some transfers may take time due to bank or network delays in the receiving country.Check the status in Transfer > International Transfer > History. The transfer shows successful but the money hasn’t been received. What now?If the receiver hasn't received the funds, please contact our support at 77123123 and provide the receiver’s account statement so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
